By law amendments approved at L.G.D. of Park meeting
The L.G.D. of Park held its April 10 council meeting approving by law 1044 amendments including building movement rules, arbitration addition to appendix A, and corrections to terms. The council adopted annual capital and operating estimates for 1995 1996 2000 and authorized tax bylaw readings, reserve withdrawals, and attendance at a conference. Subdivision and development plans were approved with conditions, including Gateway Street re alignment and a home occupation permit for Lexine Stephenson with restrictions. Public works operations were also approved.
