Centra applies to the Manitoba Utilities Board to place the Deferred Gas Recovery Rider with a separate billing line for 24 months. The rider would transfer the PGVA balance as of February 28 2001 into a new Deferred Gas Recovery Account and include March and April 2001 Primary Gas Rate Rider revenue to produce an estimated $103.6 million net balance owed to Centra. The rider applies to all gas customers except brokers under Western Transportation Service as of February 28 2001.
