United Church Women Meet in June Annex
The United Church Women held a June 6 meeting in the church annex with Devotional led by Mrs. McTavish and Mrs. Pritchard. Members donated white elephant gifts for a fall bazaar and planned a float and a Centennial Fashion Show. Tea hosted by Mrs. Joiner, Mrs. Lindsay, and Mrs. McIntosh.

The Oakburn 4 H Garden Club met on June 2 with 13 members answering the roll call. Ferne Tully gave a speech on the H Conference she attended in Brandon. The next meeting is set for June 21 at 8 00 p m in the school.
