Principal shortsighted on nudity and violence clash
Bill Hall critiques Powers High School in Coquille Oregon for suspending 18 year old Leslie Shorb for 10 days after joining three senior boys in a shower while naked. He argues punishing nudity twice as much as fighting creates a bizarre lesson and questions privacy claims from the three boys. He notes the outcome strips Shorb of valedictorian status and graduation speech rights.
