Rural Municipality of Rossburn Meets for Routine Session
The Rossburn Rural Municipality council met on Saturday June 1 with Reeve Shust presiding. Minutes were read and approved. A disability allowance application was considered and approved. A request to the Highway Branch for an approach and culvert at Birdtail Post Office was discussed. A by law and contract to continue Birdtail street lights was approved. A $100 grant to the Rossburn Agricultural Society Spraying Fund was approved. Tender from Mike Piasta to rebuild two bridges was accepted. Shust and Baubie were appointed to investigate a drain ditch on Section 3 19 23 West. Bills were approved for payment. The next meeting is July 6 1957 at 1 pm with a 2 pm Court of Revision to revise the Electors Roll.
