Rossburn RM sets 2000 financial plan and by laws
RM of Rossburn council approves By laws 12/99 01/00 02/00 03/00 third readings and 04/00 05/00 first readings. Sets 2000 ward allocations 10 000, adopts tax and fee rates, and imposes advance payment for non property owners. Establishes sick leave accrual 75 days max, holidays per Employment Standards Act, and authorizes grants and shared road, copier lease and IT upgrades. Also approves gravel road initiative funding up to 10 of provincial road 359 reconstruction and various purchases and payments totaling 202 633 and 8 790 in payroll.
