Three Die In Fatal Fire On Waywayseecappo Reserve
A fatal house fire on the Waywayseecappo First Nation Reservation killed three adult men. The blaze began Monday at 9:00 a.m. and burned until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday when three badly burned bodies were recovered. Victims Clifford Cook 45 William John Longclaws 63 and Lloyd Oudie 63 died from smoke inhalation. Autopsy results confirmed the cause. Firefighters from the reserve and Rossburn Fire Department fought the flames. cause remains under investigation.
