A special meeting of the Rural Municipality of Rossburn convened at 2 00 PM on December 31 1981 in the Council Chambers. Reeve John Mitchell presided with Councillors Kostesky Sawchuk Antonow and Sitko. Motions cover 1981 wards and public works budgets and cost sharing with neighbouring municipalities for boundary roads.
