Drosdoski Rites Held for Joseph in Rossburn Parish
Funeral services for Joseph Drosdoski 56 were conducted at the Rossburn Greek Catholic Church with Rev. Olynik and Rev. Luchkin officiating. Interment followed in the Greek Catholic cemetery north of Rossburn. He was born in Austria in 1893 and lived in the Angusville district before farming in Oakburn and Rossburn. He died after tetanus contracted after a saw accident. survived by his wife Anne Werbovetski two sons two daughters a father five brothers and five sisters seven grandchildren.

Funeral Held For Fourteen Year Old Beth Chegwin
Elizabeth Frances Jane Chegwin fourteen year old daughter of Mr and Mrs William Chegwin died at her home on Monday evening January 2 1950 from a heart ailment. The funeral was held Wednesday January 4 1950 from the Rossburn United Church with Rev W Harland of Foxwarren officiating. A full report will be published next week.
