Smoking ban debate grows in Rossburn public facilities
In Rossburn Manitoba a petition campaign shows strong support for banning smoking in public facilities including the Agri Rec Centre Memorial Skating Arena and Community Hall. Voters and residents expressed opinions at door to door drives with a total 511 in favor of a ban versus 90 against. Councils will refer the petitions to facility committees for review before further action.
