Dr James McCartan arrived in Rossburn on February 4 to set up in the municipal building. He previously practiced in Nipawin Sask for two years and in Alberta for one year after moving from Sheffield England where he spent twelve years. He is married with two children Elizabeth and Shirley and expects his wife and family to move shortly.
