Esso assures Rossburn customers of continued service
Parkland Agra Ltd of Russell owned equipment at the Rossburn bulk plant since Sept 9 1993, with Arthur Lepp leading service from Russell. Imperial Oil closed Rossburn plant last year due to costly environmental upgrades and feasibility. Lepp promises quick, same level service while Southside Esso handles fuel pickup and Mike Hersack processes orders.
