Fresh air program funds to upgrade school ventilation
Manitoba education announces a four year 4 million dollar environmental assistance program to improve school air quality. Districts must identify needs and submit plans to the public schools finance board for equal funding from Manitoba Education and Training. The program runs 1989 to 1993 with future review based on results.
