Radio evangelist and Mrs. Kirkpatrick of Moose Jaw Saskatchewan conduct meetings at the Rossburn Pentecostal Church. Kirkpatrick has preached across the U S A and Canada, and he broadcasts from CHAB Moose Jaw every Saturday at 8 30 pm. He is a civil aviation pilot and flies his own plane for his work. Rossburn Pool Elevator Meet Holds Annual Banquet
Ninety seven attended the Rossburn Pool Elevator annual banquet held on Wednesday November 24. Watson Crosley of Grandview thanked Rossburn Local for Hospital Aid ladies who catered. Surplus from the elevator was 12 400. A prepayment of 2500 was voted from last year surplus. Board officers named Bert Mitchell president W Williamson vice president G Lawless secretary. Directors include M Hryciuk H Huston Ed Shust B Elvers, alternate D Kiez. Delegates and MPAC director spoke on related issues.

Mike Tokaryk aged 37 of Oakburn Manitoba died Monday November 22 1954 and was buried in the Osha Cemetery. He served with the Veterans Freighters Transport System for years. Survived by parents Mr and Mrs George Tokaryk three sisters Mrs Ann Preston and Margaret of Winnipeg Tania of Hamilton Ontario four brothers Milton Joe Stanley and Alexander of Oakburn two nephews and two nieces.
