The 92 93 curling season opens with the Annual Curling Meeting at Town Hall Bar Room Heening at 7 30 p m. Laure nee son Don at 859 2512 and Don Roy at 859 2229 are asked to schedule into the league. The Agri Rec Curling Rink under construction will not be ready for this year s competitions. The committee seeks pledges and volunteer labour.

Rossburn Raiders head to Manitoba Provincials in volleyball
Rossburn Collegiate teams the Rossburn boys and Rossburn girls volleyball squads will compete in the Manitoba High Schools Athletic Association Provincial A playoffs with finals on December 5. Manitoba plans a Sunday shopping trial retroactive to Nov 29 and running until April 5. Stores with more than four staff may operate 12 PM to 6 PM Sundays. smaller shops retain relaxed rules.
