Representatives met in Strathclair on Sunday April 23 to organize the 1967 league play. Binscarth will host the 1967 playoff tournament the first week in July. Officers elected include Bob Brown president, Bob Allan vice president, Merv Paradine statistician, and Milt Dunn secretary treasurer. Obituary of William Plant 79 in Winnipeg
William Plant aged 79 died Tuesday April 18 in Winnipeg. Born in Winchester Ontario he moved to Manitoba at age two and farmed thirty years in Birdtail Valley before relocating to Winnipeg in 1940 and working until retirement. He leaves three brothers Roy John Arnold and a sister Mrs John Maxwell plus predeceased parents and brother Leonard.
