Former Rossburn Citizen Buried in Hamiota
The Rev George Lockhart a former Rossburn Union Church minister was buried in Hamiota cemetery on Friday April 2. Born in Scotland eighty seven years ago he served Knox Church in Amiots from 1918 to 1928 and died in Calgary while living with his daughter Mrs Cowan. He was laid to rest beside his wife and son as colleagues pay tribute.

The late Dhva Budz aged 68 of Toronto formerly of Rossburn died Monday April 5. He was born in Poland and moved to Rossburn in 1899. Survived by six of nine children and his wife who died in 1936. Funeral held in Toronto April 6, interment at Ronan Catholic cemetery Rossburn April 10.
