Cairn Dedication Honors St John’s Lutheran at Shevlin
Former St John’s members and local congregations gathered for a cairn dedication service on Sunday September 20 marking the parish’s 1916 1978 era in Shevlin. Rev Paul Borchardt led the service noting God’s presence and blessings, with the steeple surviving demolition as part of the memorial built by Richard Wutzke. Eli Bodnariuk played Amazing Grace to open the service.
