Parkland PRHA to implement new team based care structure
McKnight of the Parkland Regional Health Authority states the 1997 established PRHA has not fully achieved an integrated regional system. The plan designs clinical care teams across sites with decision authority, and district level operational teams evaluated by a balanced scorecard on client satisfaction, finances, processes, and growth. Transition to a team based structure aims for early 2011 full operation.

Midnight Septic keeps steady after dawn of new ownership
Leo and Doris Laroche bought Midnight Septic last November to spend more time with family but found the business has challenges and rewards. They kept customer trust, added new clients near Lake of the Prairies, held prices steady despite higher costs, and continued 24/7 emergency call responsiveness. Brian Prokopetz and Harold Dixon remain helpful, easing the transition as the couple reintroduces services under Leo’s name with phone 937.4884.
