Dietrich says new Pi lot Mound tower will boost business as cellular service expands from border to border in southern Manitoba. Rural Development Minister Len Derkach says public input at 17 hearings starting Sept 28 in Thompson will guide changes to the Municipal Act. The five member panel chaired by Henry Wiebe will file a report after hearings in Dauphin, Swan River and Binscarth, with meetings daily 1 to 7 p.m. The process is expected to take three years.
