RES focuses on middle years shift and Korean students
RES undergoes major restructuring to separate early and middle years K to 8, with new student council, yearbook, newspaper, and Grade 7 sports. Grade 7s go to Goose Lake High for Home Ec and I A. International Korean students join grades 4 to 6, while staff changes include two new teachers and a new vice principal. Upgrades include smart boards and new computer labs, and playground revamp funded by PAC. Goose Lake High anticipates nine Korean students in grades 10 to 12, about five percent of enrollment, with plans to grow.
