Manitoba reports first quarter 2002 03 financial results
Finance Minister Greg Selinger releases the First Quarter Financial Report for 2002-03 showing expenditures and revenues tracking to estimates. Net expenditure is $282.9 million, $28 million under projection, with a $9.8 million positive balance unchanged. Temporary FSF transfer of $150 million noted, to be repaid by Manitoba Hydro later in the year. FSF projected year end balance $313.8 million.
