PCC introduces Time for Families a new monthly program for families with children five and under. Sessions run the second Thursday from 6 to 7 30 PM in Roblin Elementary multipurpose room with supper provided at no cost beyond time.
The province broadens Triple P to reach more Manitoba families with public education, training of 660 practitioners from about 150 organizations, and expanded resources. Health Minister Theresa Oswald notes the model offers five levels of support from general information to intensive help, linking families with local service providers.
