Canadian astronaut Steve MacLean rockets toward space on Columbia
Ottawa born physicist Steve MacLean is set to become Canada's third astronaut on the Space Shuttle Columbia STS-52 mission. He will serve as CANEX-2 payload specialist, guiding the Space Vision System to aid Canadarm operations and evaluate its use for future space projects.
