Walter and Ruth plan to return to Port Alberni after an extended visit with Ruth’s mother. Eveline and Max Lebowicky of Winnipeg spent time with Nellie Nash. Kathleen Wood of Yorkton visited Eva Jory, Ruth Saunders visited by her nephew Don Saunders en route to Grand Cache. Evelyn Ferguson’s son Kelly Ferguson visits this week. The Roblin and District Library will hold a four day used book sale October 20 21 22 and 23 during library hours in the back meeting room. More than 1000 titles including paperbacks children’s books non fiction and hard cover fiction will be available. A Halloween costume party story time is planned for Wednesday October 27 at 7 p m. Families are invited to attend and register in advance.
