Wowchuk commends Mitchell on CAIS interim payment boost
Agriculture minister Rosann Wowchuk praises federal counterpart Andy Mitchell for Manitoba's CAIS change raising interim payments to 75 percent of the estimated final 2005 CAIS payment from 50 percent. The move will direct about 50 million to Manitoba producers as signups and forms rush. The Nov 30 deadline for 2004 CAIS forms is extended.
