MAST honors Doug Cowling with President's Council Award
Doug Cowling received the Presidents Council Award at the 31st Manitoba Association of School Trustees convention for outstanding contribution to education. He served on the Intermountain School Division Board of Trustees 1978 to 1994 and held roles including chair of Transportation and Negotiations, vice chair 1991 to 1994, and director at large with MAS-T 1983 to 1987. He chaired Labour Relations 1991 to 1993.
