Annual Roblin's Donor's Choice meeting reported 2008 campaign totals of 36 527.52 with 1107 unassigned dollars and expenses 559.92 leaving 547.08 for 16 groups. Groups received 34 each. results show totals for Arthritis Society Cancer Society Diabetes Association Red Cross Heart and Stroke Foundation and others.

Threat assessment policy approved by Mountain View School Division
The MVSD board approved a threat assessment policy at a regular meeting on April 28. The policy requires serious handling of threats to students and staff and calls for each school to form a multi-disciplinary threat assessment team to review threats, develop intervention plans, and coordinate support for affected students and families while keeping staff and parents informed.
