Roblin Red Cross Society Tea Sale and Thanks
The Roblin Red Cross Society hosts a tea and sale of home cooking in the Red Cross Room on Saturday May 18. They extend thanks for donations including Mrs Williams Merridale 4 hand bag and lace center piece Dorothy Kulberg 25 cents Mrs Williamson autographed quilt to be raffled with proceeds from last week’s events totaling 10.05 from a picture show and 72.50 from a rummage sale. Proceeds will go to boys parcels. The society also offers two cream separator and incubator for sale in good working order and notes a picture show on May 24 with all proceeds to the boys parcels. They thank gentlemen for help at the rummage sale.
