Town and RM Shoal Lake amalgamation approved
The Town of Shoal Lake and the RM of Shoal Lake plan to amalgamate on January 1, 2011 after Manitoba Municipal Board approval on April 15. The new Municipality of Shoal Lake will have a head of council and six at large councillors, transferring all assets liabilities and obligations.
