Roblin by law sets license fees for village trades
The Roblin village by law licenses painters paper hangers decorators sign painters electricians contractors express men draymen and merchants resident in the village. Non payment or breach incurs fines from ten to fifty dollars plus costs with possible imprisonment up to twenty one days. The by law takes effect upon passage dated February 3 1931.
