Osborne earns Manitoba journeyperson honor at Winnipeg ceremony
Wes Osborne of Russell has been named Manitoba's outstanding new journeyperson in the trade of Cook. Chosen from about 40 to 60 apprentices who completed their training in 2004, he will receive a limited edition sculpture at the 13th annual awards in Winnipeg. He also spoke of the Red Seal title and credited sponsors from Pelly Trail Economic Development and the Russell Inn for support as he aims to grow the Inn's staff and expansion plans.
