Turtle Mountain School Division Raises Local Mill Rate Three Percent
Trustees increased the local mill rate by three percent to help balance the budget after not raising the special levy last year. The division had previously reduced the mill rate in earlier years. The Parkland Panthers remained undefeated through round robin play but lost the provincial final 5 3 to River East Lightning in Gilbert Plains.
