The Masquerade hance held in the Davis hall on Friday last proved very enjoyable. Prizes were won by Mrs Andrews and Messrs A Parker K Franklin and E Munro. Eyes of Love Monday April 9th in the day booked for this stupendous Play to be presented in Davis Hall at 8 p.m. by Roblin Anglican church under All Saints W.A. A concert in Davis hall Saturday evening the 17th inst was well attended and proved enjoyable with lunch served by the ladies. An enjoyable 500 party and dance was held at Maylor school Friday evening. There was a large number present. Heemer Kaier conducted a sale of EB Finches on Tuesday last at Henry Rammonds. Mr Alfred Johnson arrived home Friday after a few months in Regina. Capt Ronald Sinclair arrived home Tuesday after months in Winnipeg and other southern cities. Weather prophet predicts an early spring. Several locals are noted with weekly activities including Mr P Hanson visiting Dauphin, Stokka shipping dry spruce cordwood, Luchuk Brothers loading pulp wood, and George Snowdon hosting cousins. Others travel to Winnipeg for medical exams or summer plans. The Irish concert and social by the Union ladies drew praise with credit to Shevlin ladies for a comic program and Ed Johnston as auctioneer.

T Dinda in Ben ga Obiee Lake hosted relatives for the Junior concert on the 16th with children enjoying the festivities. Milas Burnell entertained youths Tuesday with taffy pulling and dancing and residents wish the family good luck in their new home.
Town notes Mr F Adlen of Togo visited Roblin for business while Chas Medrill and J H Wylie were in town during the week for work. A charity theatre fundraiser by the Fire Brigade and Elks hall events runs March 28 29 with plays Kings Daughters In His Name and The Fairy Godmother.Admission 50c adults 25c children 25c for later show.
