A preliminary hearing set for Wednesday night at 8 at Roblin Theatre follows Pinky Brown being arrested by detectives Harvey Yeo and Toot McLaren for murder. Bail arranged by Roy Ewens and Mel Murray. Trial will be before Judge Ham McFadden with theatre admission 40 cents adults 25 cents children.
