Parkway Co-op has acquired LPK Enterprises in Rossburn as part of its community plan. The purchase, adding clothing footwear and liquor lines, should finalize in coming weeks and follows the completed LPK takeover.
The Kamsack Hospital Auxiliary donated 25000 to the Assiniboine Valley Health and Wellness Foundation for physician recruitment. The gift follows two years of fundraising challenges due to covid restrictions and was enabled by a bequest from Hazel Bernard, a former member.
