Tattoo artist Rudkavich opens Roblin shop monthly
Dauphin tattoo artist Clinton Rudkavich opens a temporary Roblin studio in the Dee's Electric building, visiting the town the first week of every month. He focuses on old traditional and Japanese styles, charges 100 dollars per hour with a 100 dollar minimum, uses stainless steel needles and autoclave sterilization, and notes strong health regulations but views tattoos as widely accepted today.
