Over the past two weeks travellers entering Gilbert Plains on PTH 5 were greeted by an electronic sign recording their speed as part of the Rural Speed Watch program. The sign and volunteers are coordinated by the Gilbert Plains Parent Advisory Council with MPI. The PAC urged installing a pedestrian corridor and data may influence future decisions.
