Finance Minister Greg Selinger announces rate increases for Manitoba Hydro Bond Series 10. Floating five year rises to 4.2 percent from 4.1 percent. three year fixed to 4.6 percent from 4.4. five year fixed to 4.65 percent from 4.45. all outstanding floating to 4.2 percent. effective June 15, 2007.
