Town council briefs on open for business move and 2001 budget review
Barry and Sharon Boliziuk urged repeal of by laws 290-97 291-97 and Section 4 364-00 opposing the town licence. They proposed removing signs at four entrances and replacing with Welcome to Roblin Open for Business. Council will review at 2001 budget time. It also passed a resolution opposing Bill 42 and noted potential higher education and property tax costs. Town purchasing 25 History Books. Labour bid of 1841.97 from GB Line Painting accepted for cross walks and parking stalls.
