Bear tranquilized after high
Police and Conservation officers responded to a maple tree at 4th Avenue and 3rd Street NW Thursday evening where a teenage bear rested after being chased through Trailer Bay and a couple of gardens. An officer climbed the tree to dislodge the bear from a branch before tranquilizing it and tagging it for transport to Ducks for release back into the wild.
