KPPA Members Vote 10000 Donation to STARS Support
The Keystone Potato Producers Association with unanimous consent at its Portage la Prairie meeting commits 10000 dollars to STARS. KPPA general manager Dan Sawatzky notes this covers about two percent of annual check-offs and strengthens emergency care for Manitoba farmers. STARS says the funds aid long term sustainability and underscores agricultural support for critical care services.
