Parkland College in Yorkton SE announces the September opening of the Trades and Technology Centre under construction. The new facility will expand capacity for high demand programs and provide dedicated training space for more students.
Catherine Nade from La Broquerie Manitoba selected the University of Winnipeg to study Biopsychology. She benefits from small lab classes at Richardson College and a 45 minute commute, living on campus at McFeeter's Hall. She notes opportunities from hands on labs to research work and city access, crediting Professor Vesna Miloševic-Zdjelar. Parkland College expansion aims to add 350 graduates yearly and upgrade 2,000 workers annually with trades and technology programs across Yorkton Melville Esterhazy Fort Qu Appelle Canora campuses.
