Roblin Chamber official urges better Parkland region representation
Roblin Chamber vice president Dave Church told members at the January 20 meeting that Roblin and area lack proper representation in Tourism Manitoba Parkland Region. He cited a Dauphin Chamber resolution for more funds for a regional information booth and urged stronger regional consideration at the next Association meeting in McCreary. The chamber plans a member letter, and the February 17 annual meeting at the 50 & Over Club will invite additional participation. New Welcome Hostess volunteers are Lorna Clark and Alvira McInnis.
