Impaired driving cases heard in Roblin and district brief
RCMP briefs report multiple impaired driving cases. Candace Cole Morrisseau of Valley River First Nation pleaded guilty December 17 2009 to driving with more than 80 mg of alcohol and was fined 1200 with a one year driving prohibition plus 100 for novice driver liquor breach. Kenneth Borkofsky of Roblin pleaded guilty December 17 2009 to BAC above 80 mg with fines totaling 1725 restitution 1522.20 and one year prohibition. Spencer David Albert Keshane of Roblin pleaded guilty to breach of probation and driving over 80 mg with 200 and 1300 fines and one year prohibition after erratic driving September 27 2009. Further details mention a December 1 2009 liquor incident at Bield Hall and an attempted pull over near Highway 83 in Roblin.
