The Hydrologic Forecast Centre of Manitoba Infrastructure will raise Shellmouth Reservoir outflow to 650 cfs in two steps, completing early next week as part of the fall/winter draw down. The higher outflow will lift Assiniboine River levels 2.5 feet downstream of the dam and one foot further downstream, with impacts arriving in Winnipeg in about two weeks. The province will monitor conditions upstream and downstream.
