The Roblin Recreation Department will offer Laughter Yoga in January and February to counter winter blues. The program blends gentle exercise with laughter to boost mood and energy during the dark days of January.
Roblin offers group laughter yoga sessions for six or more participants with morning afternoon or lunch options at no cost. Friday Night Drop In Curling returns weekly 7 to 9 pm starting Jan 20 at the curling rink.
