Substitute shortage challenges Mountain View School Division
A decline in available substitute teachers worries MVSD and Manitoba Teacher Society officials. Valentine's dance attendance falls short of hopes
Card party results from January 20 show winners in several divisions led by Martha Panasiuk and Bill Staples. February events include a well attended annual meeting and a Home Safety presentation on the 14th, with a smaller turnout at the February 10 dance. The February 17 card party drew 13 tables, Dorothy Halkewich won the fruit basket, and a March shuffleboard tournament is planned along with more events in March.
