In Manitoba under Code Red restrictions Santa Claus was deemed an essential worker. An unscheduled Dec. 16 visit to Roblin saw Mage guiding a Roblin Fire & Rescue vehicle to tour the town. He promised a return Thursday night and urged youngsters to prepare cookies and milk.
