Mrs J W Eddy visits Winnipeg while locals prepare for Christmas shopping as stores display Xmas goods. A town sale in Davis Hall is planned Saturday December 15 by the Ladies Aid United Church. The town election between JW Eddy and A Taylor ends in a tie but Taylor is declared the winner after a spotted ballot is counted.
The Elk’s annual Christmas Cheer raises funds and distributes food, clothing, toys and books to the poor. A Masquerade Ball at the school auditorium on Thursday December 20th supports the drive, with tickets and donations urged through the Review office.

Dr BE Archibald and J A Robb spoke at events in Montreal and Calgary endorsing Canada's farming potential and fisheries growth. Archibald cited crops valued at 1.167 billion dollars, while Robb noted Alberta would see more game fish and improvements at Lesser Slave Lake and Banff streams with new hatchery stock.
